Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on cell culture experience (CRO, industry, or academic lab all count)
• Comfort with techniques like ELISA, Western Blot, PCR, or cytotoxicity assays
• Experience in a regulated lab environment (GMP/GLP) is a plus, not a must
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and documentation habits
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Culturing and maintaining mammalian cells and primary cell lines using aseptic technique
• Running in vitro experiments and biological assays
• Performing ELISA, Western Blot, cytotoxicity assays, and gene expression analysis (PCR/qPCR/dPCR)
• Documenting your work thoroughly and accurately
• Troubleshooting protocols and helping optimize lab procedures
• Collaborating with the broader research team on ongoing studies
