TSG - The Sheridan Group is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Operator for the Case In Bindery operation in Minnesota. The role offers 2nd and 3rd shifts, full-time hours, and overtime opportunities. You will learn to run high-speed bindery equipment, ensure quality, and contribute to producing books and printed materials.

No prior bindery experience is required—we will train you. Candidates should be 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, and be reliable team players who take pride in quality work.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical inclination and comfort using basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Pride in doing quality work and reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment that encases books in hard cases.
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
