Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of education beyond high school.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, control networks, electrical, hydraulics, and production equipment.

Aufgaben

• Lead maintenance technicians, assign work orders, and set safety, quality, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate breakdown response and preventive maintenance activities.
• Plan work around technician availability, equipment priorities, and production schedules.
• Use root cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
• Coach and develop technicians through feedback, instruction, and safety training.
• Track maintenance performance and work orders to identify improvements.
• Support spare parts availability and storeroom practices.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety for dependable operations.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors while ensuring safety compliance.
• Manage smaller maintenance and capital projects, including scheduling and cost tracking.
• Maintain maintenance records and support quality management standards.
