This hands-on role collaborates with engineers and operators to troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with installations, calibration, and safety programs in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

Associate degree, technical certification, or hands-on experience required.
At least 2+ years maintaining industrial equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read/generate technical drawings and documentation.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Commitment to safety and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
Support daily production by responding to downtime and resolving issues.
Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.
Perform inspections, calibrations, and routine maintenance tasks.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting findings.
Partner with engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements.
Maintain spare parts inventories and support equipment reliability initiatives.
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
Support continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment uptime and manufacturing efficiency.
