Job summary

Tredence Inc. is seeking a hands-on AWS Application Architect to lead the design and development of cloud-native, REST-based microservices.

You will build scalable backend services on Amazon EKS, with options to use EC2, Lambda, or ECS as appropriate, while mentoring teams on cloud-native design and best practices. You will design secure API exposure, implement IAM/Cognito security, and stay current with AWS advances in EKS and container ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application development or cloud architecture with focus on cloud-native microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS ECS, EKS and Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, autoscaling, RBAC, networking).
• Strong expertise in NodeJS for RESTful services using NestJS.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver REST-based microservices using containerized workloads on Amazon EKS.
• Develop backend NodeJS REST APIs with focus on performance, reliability, and security.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes deployments, services, ingress rules, autoscaling, and security.
