Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Autonomous Systems Test & Validation Engineer to join our Tucson, AZ team. This onsite role offers hands-on experience with autonomous haul trucks and exposure to hardware, software, and test workflows.

You will design and execute test plans, analyze data, document issues, and collaborate with software teams to improve system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience in test/validation of control systems).
• Strong troubleshooting ability in complex systems.
• Experience with Windows; Linux/Ubuntu familiarity is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and update test and development plans for autonomous haul truck testing.
• Execute on-machine testing to ensure system functionality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues on autonomous haul trucks.
• Analyze test data to derive insights and improve system performance.
• Document and communicate issues identified during testing.
• Write test reports and provide recommendations based on results.
• Collaborate with Peoria-based software teams on technical requirements.
• Interface with onsite operators and team members via meetings, email, and chat.
• Engage with end customers to understand needs and feedback for product design.
