Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 2–6 years of hands-on board-level testing and validation.
• Experience with lab equipment and OEM testing protocols.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with automotive/industrial OEM test flows.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve validation test plans for automotive PCBs.
• Characterize board performance using lab equipment.
• Automate lab equipment and tests using Python or LabVIEW.
• Document results for internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with electrical design, system integration, and software teams for board bring-up and root cause analysis.
• Interpret and follow OEM test protocols (LV124, ISO 16750, CISPR).
