Job summary

Virginia Tire & Auto is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead the back-of-house production department in Ashburn, VA. You will be hands-on, overseeing oil changes, tire services, and diagnostics while coaching technicians to deliver quality work.

You will use data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement, mentor staff, and ensure safety and adherence to state and factory standards. Join a team committed to growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and ability to perform diagnostics and repairs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production department to maximize store production and ensure a great in-store experience for customers.
• Train technicians on oil changes, tires, and routine maintenance.
• Grow the production team through hands-on guidance and mentorship to develop technical skills.
• Drive sales and profitability by reviewing reports and identifying areas for improvement.
• Perform repairs from oil changes to engine work in line with shop and factory standards.
• Onboard and develop a high-performing team, communicating goals and programs.
