Hartfiel Automation, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician to take assembly orders from start to finish, applying hands-on mechanical skills and knowledge of Industrial Automation to build quality products customers rely on.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 6–12 months hands-on mechanical assembly experience; a degree in Fluid Power or Robotics is a bonus. Typical shifts are 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday, or 7am-4:30pm Mon–Thu and 7am-11am Fri, on site in Minnesota.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED and 6–12 months hands-on mechanical assembly experience.
• Familiarity with industrial automation concepts.
• Bonus: degree in Fluid Power or Robotics.

Mansioni

• Build products following Hartfiel Automation job folders, including control panel assembly, valve stacking, fitting installation, pulling and reading orders, labeling, and testing finished products.
• Run final tests on completed assemblies to ensure proper operation.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency.
• Use shop tools safely and keep workspace clean and organized.
• Follow Hartfiel Automation quality processes to deliver best results.
• Be a true team member by living the company mission, values, and vision.
• Pitch in on other tasks as needed. No two days are the same.
