Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Assembly & Refurbishment Associate for our warehouse team. You will assemble, repair, refurbish, and prepare products for use or shipment with a strong mechanical aptitude and precision.

The role requires standing for extended periods, safe lifting up to 80 lbs, and efficient collaboration with teammates to meet quality and productivity standards. Pay is $20.00 per hour and full-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to assemble and repair products accurately and efficiently.

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs safely.
• Basic inventory management understanding.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and refurbish products according to specifications and standards.
• Repair, troubleshoot, and prepare products for resale or shipment.
• Safely use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Inspect products for quality, functionality, and accuracy.
• Follow assembly instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including lifting, organizing, and moving materials.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Assist with inventory management and tracking of products and materials.
• Identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Complete work accurately and efficiently while meeting productivity expectations.
• Work safely while handling products and equipment weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
