Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Paris, IL. This role offers PAY of $15.00 per hour with a schedule of Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and some Fridays and Saturdays. Candidates should enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and meeting production goals safely.

Responsibilities include assembling products, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Background check is required.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift, carry and move materials.
• Must pass background check and pass safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly line tasks according to production requirements.
• Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Inspect products during and after assembly for quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.
