Pitt Property Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for hands-on property upkeep in Greenville, SC. The role requires diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general systems to keep units in top condition.

You will handle apartment turnovers, preventive maintenance, and resident service, with opportunities to grow and take on more responsibilities in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting.
• Experience preparing apartments for new residents.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Good communication and friendly approach with residents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize requests.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• EPA certification, HVAC troubleshooting experience, and appliance repair are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and complete common maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliances.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including touch-ups and fixture replacements.
• Identify and address issues before they escalate.
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact between residents and management.
• Evaluate requests and coordinate outside contractors for specialized work.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and well‑functioning properties.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation with bonus compensation.
