Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Assistant Lead Maintenance for Greyson’s Gate Apartments in Dallas. This hands-on role supports the Lead Maintenance Supervisor with repairs, preventative maintenance, and property operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC certification, and strong troubleshooting skills, with a willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and reside within a reasonable commute of the property.

Compensation: $24–$26 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonus opportunities

Schedule: Monday–Friday (on-call rotation required)

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Assistant Lead Maintenance to join our team at Greyson’s Gate Apartments in Dallas.

This is a hands-on role for a skilled multifamily maintenance professional who is ready to take on additional responsibility while continuing to work directly on service requests, repairs, preventative maintenance, and property operations. You’ll work closely with the Lead Maintenance Supervisor and help support the maintenance team in keeping the community operating at a high standard.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and complete plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs.

What You Will Bring

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience and:

• HVAC certification required
