Job summary

Metropolitan Community College (MCC) is seeking enthusiastic Animal Instructors for its Continuing Education Division. Instructors will develop and deliver engaging, hands-on non-credit courses focused on animal care, behavior, training, enrichment, and related topics.

The role emphasizes safe, humane handling and accessible education for adults and community members. Classes are held at multiple metro area locations, including Fremont and Blair, most often weeknights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with animals in professional or educational settings.
• Ability to develop engaging hands-on content for adult learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain animal concepts clearly.
