Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to design, prototype and build AI-enabled applications and digital products. You will lead architecture design, write and review code, and guide engineering teams through complex decisions in Digital Engineering Managed Services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in software engineering and modern application architectures.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native design, APIs and data architectures.
• Practical experience building AI-enabled features (prompting, RAG, embeddings).
• Comfort working directly in code, infrastructure and pipelines.
• Clear technical communication and bias toward learning by building.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end application architectures across UI, APIs, services, data and AI components.
• Prototype and spike solutions to validate architectural decisions early.
• Define reference architectures for AI-enabled products and guardrails.
• Author ADRs, sequence flows and deployment diagrams.
