Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to design, prototype and build AI-enabled applications and digital products. You will own architectures, review code, and guide engineering teams through complex decisions in a hands-on, build-and-run model within EYs Digital Engineering Managed Services.

The role emphasizes technical depth, architecture ownership and collaboration with clients, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to shape reusable EY assets across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in engineering and solution architecture with hands-on delivery.
• Consulting or complex product delivery experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures across UI, APIs, data and AI components.
• Prototype solutions to validate architectural decisions early.
• Define reference architectures for AI-enabled products, including RAG patterns.
• Author Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), flows and non-functional requirements.
• Lead technical workshops with client architects and engineers.
• Review AI-generated code and tests for correctness and risk.
