Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or applied data science.
• 1-3+ years of direct people management or tech lead experience responsible for team delivery.
• Hands-on production experience with AI/ML systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of 4–8 engineers.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI features from design to production and observability.
• Contribute to architecture, review PRs, and write code when needed.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate customer problems into a roadmap.
