Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced AI Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that improve operational efficiency. The role focuses on LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI platforms.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and responsible AI from concept to production, including CI/CD and DevOps practices. Strong Python and cloud experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of software/AI development experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompts, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Azure AI, etc.).
• Strong Python programming skills and AI/ML libraries.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise apps, REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Design, prototype, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise AI applications and automation.
• Evaluate AI models, frameworks, and architectures per requirements.
• Develop prompts, agents, workflows, and retrieval strategies to boost accuracy.
• Integrate AI with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, and processes.
• Build scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agent architectures.
• Design monitoring pipelines to predict anomalies and automate root-cause analysis.
• Monitor model performance, reliability, and adoption; improve deployed solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
• Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, and implementation guides.
• Participate in CI/CD, source control, testing, and DevOps for AI delivery.
• Research emerging AI tech and best practices.
