Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology, or 10+ years of relevant electro‑mechanical experience.
• 4–7 years minimum of aerospace manufacturing or similar production environment.
• Hands-on manufacturing/process engineering and production support experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, technical requirements, assembly instructions, and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Translate drawings, specs, and assembly requirements into clear work instructions.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for repeatable production.
• Review engineering changes and communicate impacts while maintaining revision control.
• Provide day-to-day manufacturing and production support for electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Collaborate with technicians and production personnel to validate on-floor process changes.
• Develop, write, and test processes for qualification of new products or improvements.
• Troubleshoot processes, assemblies, fit, and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support nonconformance investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use CAD tools to review or update drawings and manufacturing documentation.
