HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an aerospace engineer to develop repair processes and tooling in a hands-on, collaborative environment. You will support design, fabrication, analysis, testing, and integration to deliver safe, reliable products.

The role involves designing components, performing analyses and simulations, preparing repair plans and drawings, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating with engineering, production, contracts, and quality teams to meet schedules and standards.

Formación

• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder required.
• 3–5 years of aerospace or aviation engineering experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CAD/FEA/CFD tools experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and improve aerospace components, systems, repair/manufacturing processes, and tooling.
• Perform analyses, modeling, and simulations; support prototyping, testing, qualification, and validation.
• Prepare illustrated repair plans, bills of material, purchase specifications, drawings, and technical reports.
• Investigate discrepant parts and test results; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Partner with engineering, production, contracts, and quality teams to meet requirements and delivery schedules; manage projects as assigned.
• Ensure designs meet applicable engineering standards, regulations, and organizational processes.
• Resolve customer and supplier technical issues; support manufacturing transition and integration, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
