Qualifications

• 7+ years of sanitation leadership experience.

• Availability to work 3rd shift consistently.
• Strong communication and accountability leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a sanitation team on 3rd shift across a large food manufacturing facility.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive accountability and consistency across the shift through direct floor presence and active team engagement.
• Coordinate sanitation schedules, chemical usage, and equipment cleaning protocols.
• Partner with production and quality teams to ensure sanitation standards are met without disrupting output.
• Train, coach, and develop team members on procedures and safety standards.
• Document sanitation activity and maintain accurate compliance records.
