Principle Business Enterprises, Inc. (PBE) is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in Dunbridge, OH.

The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates bring hands-on mechanical experience, familiarity with CNC or similar equipment, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience repairing or maintaining production equipment such as CNC or cutting machinery.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot equipment issues and identify practical repairs.
• Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to diagnose issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work performed.
• Record parts, materials, and labor for maintenance activities.
• Assist with training less-experienced maintenance team members as needed.
• Follow all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Communicate effectively with Operations and Leadership regarding equipment status and priorities.
• Support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
