We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Ohio to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems to keep operations safe and efficient. This role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced plant focused on continuous improvement and quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience in manufacturing or similar settings.
• Experience repairing production equipment such as CNC or cutting machinery.
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement practical repairs.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance for shift work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment with limited supervision
• Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to diagnose issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and support PM processes
• Document work performed and share findings for future troubleshooting
• Assist with training and mentoring less-experienced staff
