Responsibilities

• Inspect and accept units from Construction Department and monitor warranties.
• Coordinate rectification of units with Buyers and Contractors.
• Coordinate warranty claims with Property Management and review proposals.
• Ensure readiness of units for handover and conduct handover to Buyers.
• Assist Buyers/Sellers in viewing inspections and provide technical assistance.
• Monitor units for maintenance and utility billings.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and Acceptance of units from Construction Department (inc. coordination of requests, monitoring of completion of units, monitoring of warranties, etc.)
• Coordination of rectification of units with Buyer’s punch-lists (inc. coordination to Construction Department, coordination to Rectification contractors, review of proposals, etc.)
• Coordination of rectification of units with Developer’s warranty claims (inc. coordination to Property Management, inspection of units, review of proposals, etc.)
• Ensure readiness of units for Handover to Buyers (inc. inspection, preparation of Kits, review of as-built plans, etc.) and Conduct Handover to Buyer
• Assist Buyers / Sellers in viewing and inspections; Provide Technical assistance to Buyers/ Sellers
• Monitoring of units for Maintenance (inc. monitoring of regular cleaning, processing of utility billings, etc.)

Requirements

• Degree holder of BS Architecture or any Engineering Course (preferably BS Civil Engineering)
• At least two (2) years of experience and/or Licensed
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate
• Knowledgeable in Construction sites
