About the Opportunity

The AWE Portfolio Handover Team specialises in managing the handover to our client of all required elements of information relating to completed projects. We are a growing team working across a wide range of projects and there will be plenty of opportunity to develop in the role and in the wider Amentum business.

The main responsibilities will be the collation of information for, and production of, lifetime quality record packs for delivery to the client. You will be closely aligned to both the handover and the quality teams, initially working side by side with the onsite quality team and handover co-ordinator who will manage your day to day task allocation while you are supported by all members of the wider handover team to help you develop your skills. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with the client by engaging in document review meetings and regular progress catch ups.

For this role you need to have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills, and be proficient with MS Office. It is a busy working environment and no day is the same so a positive attitude and resilient approach are essential.

The nature of the role is predominantly site based with some flexibility dependent on project requirements.
