Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Preferred experience in coffee, grocery or retail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages and food items to standard recipes.
• Provide friendly, helpful guest service to create a welcoming coffeehouse experience.
• Engage with guests, answer questions and make product recommendations to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe coffeehouse and work area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Operate POS systems and related equipment accurately.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using FIFO to ensure freshness.
