• Keep the department ready: stocking, merchandising, price markdowns, inventory counts.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team, communicate openly, and contribute to a productive environment.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow Up using the 2-2-2 method and Nordy Club enrollment.
