Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking an experienced Hand Surgeon to join a respected orthopedic group along the Jersey Shore. You will evaluate, diagnose, and surgically treat hand and upper extremity conditions as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements include MD or DO with NJ license, board certification/eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with Hand fellowship, and 3+ years of practice. The role offers strong earning potential, work-life balance, and opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active New Jersey medical license.
• Board certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with Hand fellowship.
• 3+ years of practicing experience; fellows not considered for this role.
• Strong surgical skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical treatment for hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Deliver personalized, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary orthopedic team.
• Rotate across multiple convenient practice locations along the Jersey Shore.
• Build long-term patient relationships within a well-established, respected orthopedic system.
• Contribute to a practice culture centered on outstanding, individualized care.
