Job summary

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) in South Sacramento, CA, seeks a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our collegial team.

This role emphasizes upper-extremity surgery with hand/elbow/shoulder expertise for both elective and non-elective cases in a physician-led organization. You will collaborate with two Physician Assistants and dedicated surgical staff, with an eventual goal of two OR days per week and a 1-in-9 call schedule.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• CA medical license eligibility or current CA license required.

Responsibilities

• Surgical focus on upper extremity, including hand, elbow and shoulder.
• Elective and non-elective upper-extremity procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team and optimize OR scheduling and patient care.
