The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) in South Sacramento seeks a fellowship-trained orthopedic hand/upper-extremity surgeon to join our collegial team.

This physician-led group offers a competitive salary, extensive benefits, and opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership. We emphasize teamwork with two experienced PAs and specialized surgical staff, a clear two-day-per-week OR target, and a call schedule of roughly 1 in 9.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained orthopedic hand/upper extremity surgeon
• Board certification or eligibility required; CA license eligibility.
• Experience in upper-extremity procedures including hand, elbow, and shoulder is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide elective and non-elective upper-extremity surgical care.
• Share OR time with a defined two-day-per-week goal.
• Participate in teaching, patient care coordination, and leadership within a physician-led group.
