Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Northampton, MA is seeking a fellowship-trained, Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our growing Orthopedic Service. This is an opportunity to build a comprehensive hand and upper extremity practice within a premier academic health system while enjoying a community practice environment.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained orthopedic hand surgeon with board certification or eligibility.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Join a high-performing orthopedic service line with subspecialty expertise in hand and upper extremity care.
• Collaborate with a team of surgeons,physiatrists, and APPs in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Build and grow a comprehensive hand/upper-extremity practice in Northampton, MA.
• Share in a collegial call schedule (currently 1:5) to ensure balanced coverage.
• Provide care across Northampton, Amherst, and West Hatfield with access to imaging and therapy services.
• Engage in mentoring, peer collaboration, and professional development across the Mass General Brigham Orthopedic Service.
