Mass General Brigham in Northampton, MA seeks a fellowship-trained, Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our growing Orthopedic Service in Northampton. This is an opportunity to build a comprehensive hand and upper extremity practice within a nationally renowned academic health system while enjoying the community-focused culture of Cooley Dickinson Hospital.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in hand and upper extremity surgery.
• Board-certified or board-eligible orthopaedic hand surgeon.
• Ability to build a comprehensive hand/upper extremity practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive hand and upper extremity practice in Northampton, MA.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary orthopedic team across Mass General Brigham.
• Share in a general orthopedic call schedule (1:5).
• Provide high-quality patient care with advanced imaging, therapy, and rehabilitation resources.
• Participate in mentoring, education, and professional development across the network.
