Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking an orthopedic-trained Hand Surgeon who has completed an Orthopedic Surgery residency and Hand Surgery fellowship to join our orthopedic program in Rochester, New York. You'll have autonomy to build your practice while benefiting from the referral network, PA support, and infrastructure of a large integrated health system.

The focus is hand surgery with opportunities to care for wrist, elbow, and shoulder, plus ongoing collaboration with a team of over 30

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Completion of a Hand Surgery fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Strong clinical and surgical expertise in hand and upper-extremity conditions.
• Microvascular and replant expertise.
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Build a hand and upper-extremity practice within an established program.
• Benefit from referral network, PA support, and institutional resources.
• Provide advanced surgical care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
• Maintain a predictable call schedule (one week per month).
• Join a collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons.
