Provide surgical and non-surgical care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions in a high-volume community and regional referral practice. Build a practice focused primarily on hand surgery, supported by a dedicated physician assistant, a large referral network, and a collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons.

Perform hand surgery and manage related upper-extremity surgical cases. Evaluate and treat conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Provide surgical and non-operative care for acute injuries and elective conditions. Manage cases such as carpal tunnel syndrome, distal radius fractures, and rotator cuff injuries. Collaborate with a physician assistant, orthopedic surgeons, and clinical support staff. Develop and grow a high-volume, hand-focused surgical practice.
