Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan occupational therapy programs for upper extremity patients.
• Implement treatments including exercises, manual therapy, ADL training, and adaptive equipment.
• Educate patients and families on techniques, home exercises, and adaptive strategies.
• Reassess progress and modify plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team for coordinated care.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with ethical and professional standards.
• Coordinate care with support staff to meet patient caseload needs.
