Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Sacramento, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to treat a diverse patient population, from post-surgical rehab to non-operative conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)-accredited school of occupational therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1 year minimum exp in hands required.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
• High Standard of Care: Stay current with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice.
• Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive evaluation, plan of care, treatment, and discharge.
• Relationship-Building: Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients.
