Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapist in Tampa, FL. You will evaluate, treat, and discharge patients, focusing on hand and upper-extremity rehab, alongside experienced surgeons.

We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus plus $350 monthly student loan repayment. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, mentorship toward CHT certification, and joining a national Hand Therapy program with strong patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hand therapy or documentation for upper-extremity rehab.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred or pursuing certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care for hand therapy.
• Supervise assistants and aides; contribute to case management.
• Communicate with facilities and staff to expand client relations.
• Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and apply evidence-based practice.
