We are seeking a full-time Occupational Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Sacramento, CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to support a wide range of patient needs, from post‑surgical rehabilitation to non‑operative conditions and work conditioning. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a skilled, multidisciplinary team while treating a diverse patient population. Compensation

• Salary Range starting at: $105,000.00 up to $125,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
• $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)-accredited school of occupational therapy
• CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
