Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, Master’s preferred.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Iowa.
• Mandatory Reporter and BLS.
• FIM, valid IA driver’s license and MVR for Outpt/Contract Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatment techniques competently.
• Conducts patient assessment.
• Develops treatment plans for patients.
• Communicates relevant patient information.
• Provides education to patients and families.
• Supervises and delegates duties to support personnel.
• Supervises students and volunteers.
• Provides care appropriate to age-related needs.
