Job summary

Vanderbilt Health Lebanon is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist, certified Hand Therapist (CHT), to join our outpatient hand therapy program. You will collaborate with hand surgeons and orthopedic providers to deliver advanced therapy for complex upper-extremity conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and limb restoration.

This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, one-on-one patient care, and a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program and Tennessee OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required.
• Current OTR/L designation in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze comprehensive information to determine rehab diagnosis and plan.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and rehab colleagues to coordinate care.
• Provide advanced hand/upper-extremity rehabilitation and post-surgical care.
• Develop and progress evidence-based treatment plans.
• Fabricate and modify orthoses and splints as needed.
• Document accurately in Epic EMR and communicate with care team.
