Professional Physical Therapy in Montclair, NJ is seeking an Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy to evaluate and treat upper-extremity conditions using evidence-based techniques and customized plans. Qualifications

Current OT license in New Jersey (or eligibility).
Graduate from accredited OT program (MS or doctorate preferred).
Hand therapy expertise or strong interest in hand/upper extremity rehab.
Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Strong communication to educate patients and collaborate with referring clinicians.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethics.
Preferred: outpatient/orthopedic experience; CHT or progress toward CHT; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with upper-extremity conditions using evidence-based techniques and customized rehabilitation plans.
Design and progress individualized rehabilitation programs and fabricate/adjust splints.
Document all care in EMR and collaborate with referring providers to optimize outcomes.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Participate in ongoing continuing education and contribute to a positive clinic environment.
