Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• National registration and state licensure required to start.
• New grads with Level II fieldwork in hand therapy or OT with 1 year hand therapy experience are encouraged to apply.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan of care, treat, re-evaluate, and discharge hand therapy patients with high-quality services.
• Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants, and contribute to case management.
• Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients and expand relationships.
• Stay current with OT research and apply evidence-based practice.
