Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center in Houston. The role requires OT licensure, CPR certification, and a driver’s license.

Preference for a Hand Therapist (CHT) or level II hands fieldwork, with strong opportunities for mentorship and certification support. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 annually based on experience, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and student debt relief benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)-accredited school of occupational therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and individualized OT treatment from evaluation to discharge.
• Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
• Stay current with OT research and apply evidence-based practice.
