Job summary

Ascension Medical Group Seton Orthopedics – North Austin is seeking an Occupational Therapy Rehab Professional for a PRN role in Austin, TX. The position requires evaluating musculoskeletal and neurological responses to guide treatment and developing tailored plans, including orthotics fabrication and rehabilitation techniques.

You will educate patients and families about deficits and participate in discharge planning from therapy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and evaluate tests of musculoskeletal, neurological and physiological responses.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans based on patient evaluation.
• Design and fabricate orthotics and adaptive equipment; initiate and perform treatments with exercises, manual therapy and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and families about deficits; assist with discharge planning from therapy services.
