Wellstar Health System is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist (CHT preferred) for a PRN role across our rehabilitation locations in the Northwest Metro Atlanta area. The position focuses on hand and upper-extremity rehab, with patient-centered planning and cross-location collaboration.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, educating patients and families, and documenting progress while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• OT degree and licensure required.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills and instrumented documentation.

Aufgaben

• Implements the occupational therapy treatment plan and adapts activities to progress toward goals.
• Revises goals with patient and family input; provides ongoing education and discharge planning.
• Documents evaluation and plan of care per guidelines; completes sessions and required forms.
• Assists in organizing workload and ensures safe, cost-conscious use of materials and equipment.
• Acts as a resource for staff and families on rehab services and equipment.
