Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Marietta, GA seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or Licensed Occupational Therapist for a flexible PRN role across Northwest Metro Atlanta. Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• OT license and BLS certification required upon hire.
• Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to restore or improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Developing and revising treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians.
• Providing patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
• Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and care plans according to departmental guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining ethical, confidential practices.
