Authentic Hand Therapy, LLC in Medford, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with 3+ years of experience. You’ll join a trusted team handling a rich mix of complex cases and a collaborative environment.

The role offers mentorship of OT/OTA students and two COTAs, with flexible schedule support and a dedicated CE allowance. Expect a supportive, drama-free team that values hands-on patient care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hand/upper extremity therapy.
• Current CHT credential is a plus.
• Strong orthosis fabrication skills.

• A desire to mentor the next generation of hand therapists.

Responsibilities
