The position provides a partnership track with potential ancillary revenues such as imaging and therapy, in a 100% outpatient environment. Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a collegial team await.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Hand Surgery.
• Trained to care for general orthopedic conditions.
• Board Certification/Eligibility.
• MD or DO degree.
• Active/eligibility for Virginia state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialists across general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma.
• Participate in a direct pathway to becoming a shareholding physician with potential ancillary revenues.
• Engage in general orthopedic call as part of a private practice/partnership track.
