Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility.
• Current state medical license required.
• DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients per approved protocols.
• Provides medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Maintains accurate patient records and coordinates care with the team.
• Ensures safety and quality standards in daily patient care.
