Job summary

Avera Pierre Clinic is seeking a Medical Doctor (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and patient care within a defined practice area. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality health services in a collaborative environment.

The role requires board-eligible or board-certified physicians, DEA license, and strong communication. On-site clinic operations, commitment to patient-centered care, and adherence to safety standards are

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Medicine and licensed to practice in the service state.
• Active DEA license or eligible to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with strong focus on safety and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients according to medical staff approved protocol.
• Provides medical services and health education to patients and families; promotes patient health responsibility.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Interprets diagnostic information and formulates an appropriate plan of care.
• Maintains accurate patient records and coordinates referrals with the care team.
